Knitters & Weavers
To all my Loyal Friends and Customers:
I
am happy and sad to announce that Laurie and I are selling our property
and business in Henniker to move to the Southwest to be closer to our
children and grand children.
I
am pleased, however, to let you know that two talented ladies from
Henniker are buying The Fiber Studio. They are both excited about owning
and running The Fiber Studio and look forward to making the transition
as seamless as possible. They will be taking over on September 25. Early
in life Pam Michie and Melanie Connor took an interest in knitting and
working with yarn.
That
interest has expanded as they start to learn weaving, felt making, and
spinning. They will continue with classes, and the yarn shop will run
much the same, with some changes and additions.
I
have known Pam and Melanie for some time and have confidence you will
enjoy getting acquainted
and working with them both. The phone number and e-mail address
will stay the same as well as the location. Pam and Melanie
plan to expand the bead area and offer classes in beading
techniques, as well.
They
look forward to hearing from you with any comments or ideas for classes
or yarns that you may have for them.
Thank you for making our 31 years a success and for the many friendships I have made because of our mutual love of the fiber crafts.
Cheers-
Pam Grob
Dear Yarn and Fiber Lovers:
We are pleased to announce and introduce ourselves as the new owners of The Fiber Studio in Henniker, NH, we are Pam Michie and Melanie Connor.
Melanie and I are sisters and life long residents of Henniker.
Since our mom used to own a yarn shop in downtown Henniker, we
were taught to knit as kids. To own a business like The Fiber Studio has
been a dream of ours for some time. When Laurie and Pam decided to sell
their business, it felt like it was meant for us.
We
hope you will bear with us during the transition, while we get
acquainted with the inventory and the business routine. We welcome your
input and look forward to getting to know all of you and seeing you
often at The store. Here's to Busy Needles and Flying Shuttles!
Sincerely,
|
